Our resort can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. You’ll have exclusive access to all the amenities, including a private pool where you can swim, play, and soak up the sun. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time together.
We also provide parking spaces for your vehicles, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. You can come and go as you please, knowing that your vehicles are safe and nearby.
When it’s time to eat, you can use our barbecue facilities to cook delicious meals. Whether it’s burgers, hot dogs, or grilled veggies, you can enjoy a tasty meal right at the resort. It’s a great way to have fun and share a meal with your loved ones.
Inside the resort, each villa is equipped with air-conditioning, so you can stay cool and comfortable, no matter how hot it is outside. You can relax in the comfort of your own villa or spend time together in the common areas, enjoying the breeze.

Rates
Rates based upon 8 persons in the whole resort:
Base rate $350,- per night
Mid-season $385,-per night ( Summer holiday)
Peak-season $475,- per night (Christmas & Carnaval)
Additional costs:
Final Cleaning $350,-
Extra person 15$ p.p.p.n
Check-ins & Check-outs:
Check-in from 3PM
Check-out 11AM
Late check-out is available upon request with an additional charge of $50.
Booking Conditions
- The minimum stay is 4 nights.
- For stays longer than 7 days, an interim cleaning is mandatory, including a change of bath, bed, and kitchen linens. The costs are $175,-
- In line with sustainability and awareness, water and electricity consumption are measured and charged based on actual usage. These charges will be calculated according to the current rates of Aqualectra.
- The security deposit is $750,- for stays up to 4 weeks.
- Prices exclude 7% tourist tax.
- Please refer to the booking conditions for additional provisions.
- Ask for our special rate for stays of 4 weeks or longer.
